Projects are invited to propose half day and full day pre-conference workshops to take place on Tuesday 15 June 2010.

The workshop should focus on conference themes and where possible have a clustering effect bringing together a number of projects in a specific area.

All workshop proposals should be submitted online by 31 October 2009.

Your workshop proposal should provide a clear overview of your proposed session under the headings outlined in the submission form:

- Summary of problem domain being addressed

- Workshop objectives

- Summary of discussion focus, proposed outcome and target audience

- Outline Programme (presenters, synopsis of presentation)

There are a fixed number of meeting rooms available for workshops on Tuesday 15 June 2010. As a result, workshops will be allocated based on perceived appeal to the conference audience and the capacity of the workshop organizers to ensure good attendance. In the event of two workshop proposals focused on the same thematic area, they may be requested to co-operate in organizing one workshop.

The project(s) undertaking the workshop will cover the direct costs of the meeting room in the conference venue for the workshop duration (half day or full day).

Pre-Conference Workshops will be promoted on the Conference portal, in the Advance Programme brochure and Final Programme brochure.

Delegates attending workshops will pay a catering charge to cover the coffee breaks and lunch. Delegates will indicate in advance which workshops they intend to participate in - in the event of half-day workshops, delegates can participate in a morning and afternoon workshop of their choice.

1. Please prepare your workshop proposal in advance based on outline provided above to ensure that the session does not time out when completing the online form.

2. Click LOG IN below if you have previously set up a profile on Future Network and MobileSummit Portal or NEW USER if you have never previously set up a profile.

3. Cut and paste the relevant content into the online form.

4. Click SUBMIT

5. You can then review the submission via your My Page on the Future Network and MobileSummit 2010 Conference section and resubmit an updated application prior to the deadline.
