Conference hotel rates have been negotiated for Future Network Summit 2011 delegates and accompanying persons in Marriott Warsaw (conference venue)

Accommodation is both limited and expensive in Warsaw in June. Discounted rates are available to conference delegates for a fixed number of rooms in Marriott Warsaw.

Conference hotel accommodation should be booked online as part of conference registration to avail of the rates outlined below. There is a limited number of rooms available at each price point and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Delegates are strongly recommended to book accommodation during March and April. Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

All pricing includes Buffet Breakfast. Conference delegates are responsible for any incidentals incurred during their hotel stay and this will be dealt with directly between the hotel and delegate upon check-in.

Confirmed hotel bookings can be cancelled in writing up to 12 May at an administration charge of 20 euro.

The hotel will charge two night's accommodation as a cancellation penalty for cancellations notified between 13 May and 06 June.

No refund will be provided by the hotel in the event of cancellation after 06 June or in the event that a delegate does not arrive for check-in.

It is possible to move accommodation already booked to a replacement delegate. Please contact the Conference Secretariat to arrange this.
